Oakhyrst Grange Win Annual 91福利社 Junior Globetrotting Quiz
The annual 91福利社 Junior Globe Trotting Quiz is growing in reputation, and this year saw a host of new primary and prep schools enter, determined to win the coveted trophy. 15 teams of Year 4 and 5 pupils tested their geographical knowledge on Friday afternoon in rounds such as: 鈥榃here in the World is Barry?鈥; 鈥楢round the UK鈥; 鈥楥ountry Outlines鈥 and everyone鈥檚 favourite 鈥楩lags of the World鈥. The highlight was the wonderful models of exploding volcanoes that each team had to make with Homefield School rightfully winning this round. It was a particularly high scoring year with the top four teams all scoring over 80 points, but it was Oakhyrst Grange who narrowly took the win from close runners up Homefield and 91福利社 Prep. We are looking forward to next year鈥檚 event already.聽
